The Practice - Preparation, Protection, and Advanced Stages

Always pray first—crystallizing atmosphere with divine protection. Extended practice leads through five stages to astral separation.

"Always say a prayer of protection before you begin any divine service... when you speak a prayer in mind or out loud you invoke into the room divinity, divine memory and entities that would seek to be of the negative kind cannot exist in such an environment."

Begin With Prayer

Before you even close your eyes, before you settle into posture, before you begin any spiritual practice - pray.

Not as empty ritual. Not as superstitious precaution. As practical preparation that creates specific energetic conditions.

"Prayers of protection are not merely words vocalized into an environment, what humans have here to understand is their atmosphere, the atomic atmosphere vibrates according to the words you speak, but the words you speak cause remnants of memory to reside in the atmosphere after they are spoken, thus the atmosphere becomes a crystal, something that holds memory."

When you pray - whether silently or aloud - you're literally crystallizing the atmosphere. Creating a vibrational pattern in the space that holds memory, holds intention, holds protection.

"When you speak a prayer in mind or out loud you invoke into the room divinity, divine memory and entities that would seek to be of the negative kind cannot exist in such an environment for they cannot handle the vibrations that are present."

This isn't metaphor. Negative entities, negative energies, negative influences literally cannot exist in an atmosphere crystallized with divine intention through prayer.

It doesn't matter what prayer. It doesn't matter what tradition. "Call an entity to which you resonate with, it doesn't matter how you do it so long as you do it."

What matters is the act itself - consciously invoking protection, deliberately creating sacred space, intentionally establishing divine presence before beginning your practice.

"If one is to walk into a church with suitable vision, spiritual vision that is, they would see a multitude of magnificent colours and beauty all of which resemble Jesus the Christ."

Places where prayer happens regularly hold that crystallized atmosphere. You can create the same protection in your own space through consistent prayer before practice.

The Power of Unified Consciousness

J reveals something profound about prayer and protection:

"If the subconscious mind of an entity and the conscious mind therefore are one and the same, an entity has infinite power and need not crystallise the atmosphere with prayer, but can do the same with thought alone."

When your conscious and subconscious minds are unified - when you're operating from complete coherence - a single thought creates the same crystallized protection that prayer creates for others.

"That Armour of God is but the ability to have a greatly unified state of consciousness... one's consciousness is of such quality that the surrounding atmosphere crystallises creating quite a literal armour."

This is advanced work. Most people need the ritual of prayer because their consciousness isn't yet unified enough to crystallize atmosphere through thought alone.

But understanding this shows the direction: prayer is training. You're building toward the unified consciousness where protection happens automatically through the quality of your being rather than through deliberate ritual.

The Trinity of Vitality

Before diving into meditation stages, J emphasizes a critical foundation:

"When it is understood that the diet is of very great significance to the vehicle, and when it is understood that all these can be connected deeply to meditation, as one learns how to have more of an ability to control the vital energy, then can be the three tendrils of spiralling light, which all converge at a point creating great vitality and motivation for life in general."

Three things create the foundation for deep meditation:

Meditation itself - the practice of controlling vital energy
Diet - eating well, nourishing the vehicle properly
Sun exposure - being outside in natural light, especially summer

"These three things really do work, almost like the Trinity as you would understand."

You can't just meditate while ignoring diet and never going outside. The three work together. They're synergistic. Miss one and the others can't compensate.

"These are some of the aspects of what you call ageing as you would understand this term, which can be utterly and completely mitigated with a balance between meditation and eating well and being in the Sun when it is Summer."

Vitality isn't just about meditation. It's about the trinity. All three, balanced, creating conditions where deep practice becomes possible.

Stage 1: Reconciling Past and Future

Once you've prayed, settled into posture, closed your eyes - what actually happens?

"One has closed the eyes and has braved the past, the future and the endless silence that is pure consciousness."

The first stage is reconciliation. Your mind immediately starts pulling you into past or future.

Past rumination: regrets, memories, unresolved situations, things you wish you'd done differently.

Future anxiety: worries about what's coming, planning, anticipating problems, trying to control outcomes.

Both pull you out of present moment awareness into mental time-travel.

This is normal. Expected. The work is returning to now. Again and again. Not getting frustrated that you drift. Just gently returning when you notice you've drifted.

Stage 2: Breath as Anchor

"Using breathing as a way to stay afloat in the dense void of perpetual purity."

Breath serves a specific function: it anchors you in present moment when mind wants to drift into past or future.

"Breath work is very good here, if you do good breath work you could obtain very peaceful states of being and if you can build this point of reference of what peace feels like then you could build it for yourself in your own mind."

The breath isn't just something to focus on. It's creating a physiological state that supports deeper meditation.

"Breath work could allow one to obtain peaceful states of being" - specific breathing patterns trigger specific neurochemical responses. Calm breath signals safety to the nervous system. The subconscious recognizes "there is something happening that is not in relation to the need to produce survival hormones."

"Then, again! When silence begins to settle, use breathing to modulate the silence, to lessen its intensity and to bolster your vitality and connection with your immediate environment."

As meditation deepens, silence can become intense - almost overwhelming. Breath helps modulate that intensity, keeping you grounded while going deep.

"At this stage, the heart rate will settle to a rhythmic, 'bo-boom, ba-beat' - we suggest sinking into this background noise as you journey into the essence of relaxation."

Listen to your heartbeat. This natural rhythm becomes an anchor deeper than conscious breathing. Eventually, "you can loosen the control your conscious mind has over breathing as to allow a deeper level of relaxation to take over."

Breathing becomes automatic. You're no longer managing it. You've sunk deep enough that the body breathes itself.

Stage 3: Mental Energy and Intention

"The akasha is what is below the self, it is the mental energy we dive into when we are ready to undergo some form of transformation."

Now you enter deeper territory. The akasha - the field of mental energy, the sea of knowledge accessible through meditation.

"To dive, one must hold their breath so as to not accidently inhale the waters and suffocate on accident. In a similar sense, to delve into the sea of knowledge, we must let go of our breathing and instead, attempt to control our mental energy so as to reach the original intention we set."

Remember the intention you set before beginning? Now you engage it.

"What was your original intention? Did you desire to learn a random fact, a profound truth, to visit this person or that person? Now it is time to engage this intention in a dance of mental mantra and breathing."

Using mental energy is simple: "Mental Energy is no different from a physical substrate, it is a quantity and it is also of quality... some entities have very pure mental energy, whilst others have rather impure mental energy."

You direct mental energy through focus. Through mantra. Through holding intention clearly while allowing breath to find its own rhythm.

"We suggest tying something you wish to draw from a higher dimension, to your inward breath - thus - as you breathe in, ponder exactly what information you desire to draw in from the higher scales of realities song."

Breathe in: draw in the knowledge, the connection, the experience you seek.
Breathe out: release resistance, let go of control, allow reception.

Stage 4: Losing Wakeful Consciousness

"This is to be done, over and over again with the necessary recovery periods until you begin losing wakeful consciousness - for soon - the sensation or desire to fall asleep (in meditation) will come over you. This is a good sign, and one should go along with this feeling."

Eventually, if you sit long enough with clear intention, you start losing normal waking consciousness. Not falling asleep exactly. Entering a different state.

"It may seem strange, falling asleep in meditation, perhaps if you were meditating sitting up, it would be a good idea to lay down, but we of J firmly believe that in order for the astral body to separate from the physical body, requires often, one to temporarily lose consciousness so the separation can happen more seamlessly."

This is the threshold of out-of-body experience. The astral body beginning to separate from physical vehicle.

Most people never reach this because they don't sit long enough. They meditate for twenty minutes, stay in waking consciousness the whole time, then get up.

But extended practice - hours of sitting - creates conditions where you actually lose wakeful consciousness and enter territories inaccessible in normal meditation.

Stage 5: Astral Separation

"An out of body experience is not always so profound or magical, sometimes one may not see anything at all, but this does not mean ye are not out of the body, instead, it might mean that the soul did separate from the body, but perhaps not from the visual cortex."

Astral separation happens on a spectrum. Full separation - where you're completely out of body and perceiving from astral perspective - is rare and difficult.

Partial separation is more common. Your soul separates but maintains connection with certain aspects of the physical vehicle. Like "the fabric of your clothes becoming stuck on a door handle when you are trying to leave home."

"Full separation is a most difficult feat, usually some form of extended fasting is required, somewhere between 2 days or more we sense."

Why fasting? "When the stomach is cleared of food, and the body is more or less running on lipid fumes and the fire of the soul itself, detaching from the vessel is far easier for one need only detach from the muscles directly, as opposed to having to detach from the variety of organs that are involved in the metabolism experienced after meals."

Digestion keeps you anchored in physical body. Empty stomach makes separation easier.

But J emphasizes: "Full separation of the astral body is simply not always necessary - it rather depends on the intention itself."

If your intention is gleaning information from the akasha - getting insight for a project, understanding a problem, receiving knowledge - "perhaps an instantaneous download would suit better where the necessary concepts are shoved rapidly into your psyche, creating a sudden eureka moment!"

You don't need full out-of-body experience for that. Partial separation, deep trance state, connection with akashic field - this is sufficient.

The Astral Realm Experience

"In the outer-realms, the astral rather, energy is not so chemical or even electrical... The astral is equivalent perhaps, to a resonating, flexible fluidic lattice."

If you do achieve astral separation, the experience is qualitatively different from physical reality.

"Being within the astral realm may feel as though you are melting from all sides, into a large tub of water at 37 degrees or so - if you feel this level of comfort during your meditation, it is in equal, a good sign you are slipping into this magnificent level of reality."

Total comfort. Like melting into perfectly warm water. This is the astral - a realm where "speeds exceed luminal velocities" and energy operates according to completely different principles than physical matter.

Recognition, Acceptance, Action

For mental health and spiritual development, J outlines a three-stage process:

"The 1st stage would be recognition. The 2nd stage would be acceptance. The 3rd stage would be action."

Recognition: See clearly what is. Your patterns. Your limitations. Your biases. Your actual state rather than what you wish it were.

Acceptance: "Accept what they have recognised without any pressure on the self, any blame on the self, any guilt on the self."

Not resignation. Acceptance without judgment. Seeing what is without adding shame or pressure.

Action: "Then one begins to action, and action, and action, until it simply becomes habitual, until they can never look back."

Consistent action based on clear recognition and compassionate acceptance. This creates transformation. Not forced change. Natural evolution from seeing clearly, accepting compassionately, and acting consistently.

"What can one expect? Clarity of mind, peace! True inner peace with their life and their life situation, never looking back, never comparing themselves."

This is the fruit: clarity, peace, tranquility. "It would be as though one is simply floating through the experience, one after the other."

The Time Investment

How long does this take? How much practice to reach advanced stages?

J is honest: "Tens of thousands of hours" for Olympic-level development. "This would all be focused internally to produce what humans would call a kind of cosmic consciousness."

Jordan, the channel, "is capable of meditating for upwards of several hours, more than 7" regularly. This isn't genetic gift. "This is what practice begets, it begets results."

You don't need to compare yourself to anyone else. Your path is unique. But understand: deep work requires substantial investment.

Daily practice. Extended sessions. Years of dedication.

Not as punishment. As the natural requirement for transformation at this level.

The Practical Path Forward

So what does this actually look like in practice?

Before meditation:

During meditation:

After meditation:

Long-term:

The Speed Variance

"The speed at which these stages occur is rather dependent on the individual, all of these may occur within an hour, whereas for others, it may occur over three hours."

Don't compare your timeline to anyone else's. Some people progress quickly. Others slowly. Both are fine. Both are valid.

"It also depends on what drugs, recreational or otherwise, were utilised recently. Some drugs can significantly distort the astral body, making separation either many times easier, or many times more difficult."

Various substances affect meditation capacity. Some enhance. Some hinder. Some create profound experiences that aren't actually spiritual development.

Natural, sober practice builds sustainable capacity. Chemically-induced experiences don't create the same foundation.

Beyond Technique

"There are also other forms of meditation that are not founded on any intention at all, and are only concerned with total mastery over the first three stages."

Not all meditation aims for astral projection or akashic access. Sometimes the work is simply: master presence. Master breath. Master the ability to sit without being pulled into past or future.

This is valuable work. Foundation work. The basis everything else builds on.

You don't have to reach advanced stages to benefit from practice. The early stages - when practiced consistently, deeply, with dedication - transform consciousness all on their own.

The Ultimate Question

"Mental health really here is the most important thing, if one can focus just on this first then the technology, the biological technology can awaken."

Everything starts with mental health. Clarity. Peace. The capacity to be present with what is.

Get that foundation solid - through recognition, acceptance, and action - and everything else becomes possible.

The biological technology awakens. The Chakras activate. The astral body strengthens. Out-of-body experiences happen naturally.

But trying to force advanced experiences while mental health remains chaotic? That's putting roof on a house with no foundation.

Build the foundation first. Pray. Eat well. Get sun. Practice daily. Sit for extended periods. Work through the stages naturally.

And trust: "This is what practice begets, it begets results."

Not overnight. Not according to your preferred timeline. But inevitably.

Practice creates results. Always. Without exception.

The question is just: will you practice? Consistently. Dedicatedly. For years?

Or will you dabble, get frustrated with slow progress, and quit?

The stages are there. The path is clear. The results are guaranteed.

All that's needed is practice. Real practice. Sustained practice.

The kind that produces results.

Are you ready?
