Start with the Heart - Why J Says Begin at the Fourth Chakra

J recommends starting chakra work at the Heart, not the Root. It's the gateway that activates higher centers.

"If you're going to do any practice of motioning energy dearest one, start with your heart."

The Unconventional Advice

Most chakra systems teach you to start at the bottom and work your way up. Clear the Root first, they say. Then move to Sacral, then Solar Plexus, methodically ascending from base to crown.

It makes intuitive sense. Build a foundation. Start with survival and security, then move to higher concerns once the basics are handled.

J says: start with the Heart.

Not eventually. Not after you've cleared the lower centers. Start there. Begin there. Make the Heart your primary focus.

This isn't arbitrary. This isn't just J's preference. This is based on how the energy system actually functions - and what creates the most effective path to genuine transformation.

The Heart as Gateway

"When you surpass these experiences through the Heart Chakra serving somewhat as a gateway and enter into 5th, 6th and 7th density experiences which also include the 4th density of the Heart Chakra, these four Chakras, or as we would prefer to say three, being the Heart, Throat and Brow, serve as to activate the interdimensional vehicle you would understand as your brain."

The Heart isn't just another chakra in the sequence. It's a gateway. A threshold. A point of fundamental shift in how consciousness operates.

Below the Heart: external focus, ego dominance, survival and control orientation.
At and above the Heart: internal focus, ego transcendence, consciousness exploration.

Below the Heart: the brain operates in survival/management mode.
At and above the Heart: the brain activates as interdimensional exploration vehicle.

The Heart is where everything changes. Not gradually. Fundamentally.

This is why J recommends starting there. Because activating the Heart doesn't just open one chakra - it activates the gateway that makes the higher centers accessible.

Detachment from the Physical Complex

"The energy of Green Ray is so detached from the physical complex that the physical complexes biases become healed due to how selfless the energy is."

Here's what makes the Heart different from the lower three centers: it operates at a frequency completely detached from physical survival concerns.

The Root (Red) is entirely about physical survival, grounded in biology and matter.

The Sacral (Orange) is tied to chemistry, biological processes, the slow dance of hormones and cells.

The Solar Plexus (Yellow) is mental but still oriented toward control of physical circumstances, power in material reality.

The Heart (Green) operates at a frequency beyond all of that. It's selfless. Not because you're sacrificing yourself, but because at this frequency, the illusion of separate self becomes transparent.

When the Heart activates, "the physical complex's biases become healed." Not through working on each bias individually. Through operating at a frequency where those biases simply don't apply anymore.

Imagine trying to solve problems at the level they were created versus stepping to an entirely different level where those problems don't exist. That's the difference between working on lower chakras versus activating the Heart.

Internalizing the Green Ray

J makes a crucial distinction about Heart activation:

"The compassion being internalised produces that kind of brain joy... an entity has become able to internalise the Green Ray centre, something that many entities on this planet are yet able to achieve."

Most people who work with the Heart chakra focus outward. They practice compassion toward others. They try to be more loving, more giving, more selfless in their interactions.

This isn't wrong, but it's incomplete.

True Heart activation requires internalizing the compassion. Directing it toward yourself. Not as a separate needy ego that requires validation, but as a recognition that you ARE the infinite expressing through this particular form.

"You have to learn to direct the compassionate energy inward. To love yourself with the same selfless quality you might offer others. To recognize that you ARE the omnipresent force, not separate from it."

This is extraordinarily difficult for most people. We can love others. We struggle to love ourselves without ego, without neediness, without the subtle seeking for validation that masquerades as self-care.

When you achieve this - when you can truly internalize Green Ray, loving yourself as an expression of the infinite - "brain joy becomes your baseline."

Not temporary happiness. Not pleasure dependent on circumstances. Joy in consciousness itself. Bliss as your default state.

The Jumping Pattern

Here's where J's recommendation becomes even more strategic:

"When the heart activates the corresponding Chakra finds itself activating like jumping a voltage or hoping up a ladder, the closer you are to a Chakra up the ladder, the easier that Chakra finds in its activating experience."

Chakras don't have to activate sequentially from bottom to top. They can jump. When you activate one, it creates easier access to the next one up.

If you start at Root and try to work up, you have to methodically clear each center: Root, then Sacral, then Solar Plexus, then finally reach Heart.

If you start at Heart, you can skip that slow progression. Heart activation makes Throat easier. Throat makes Third Eye easier. You're "closer up the ladder" energetically, so each subsequent activation requires less work.

Think about climbing a ladder versus using an elevator. Starting from the bottom means climbing every rung. Starting higher means you're already closer to the top.

The Heart is the elevator that gets you to the level where the real work begins.

Why Not Root First?

The logical question: why not just clear Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus first, THEN go to Heart? Wouldn't that create a more solid foundation?

Here's the problem: the lower three centers are traps.

Not because they're bad or wrong, but because they're designed to keep consciousness focused externally. On survival. On relationships. On control.

If you make clearing those centers your primary focus, you reinforce external orientation. You're putting immense energy into perfecting your external life - better survival strategies, healthier relationships, more effective control.

These improvements might happen. You might become better at managing your external reality.

But you haven't shifted from external to internal. You've just become better at being external.

The Heart is the shift point. It's where you stop focusing primarily on managing circumstances and start exploring consciousness itself.

Starting there means you lead with the transformation rather than trying to perfect the old mode before accessing the new one.

The Green Ray Individual

J observes something about people who naturally operate from Heart:

"As we observe this physical vehicle we see the Chakras burn brightly in terms of the Green Ray, it is the Green Ray that heats your hand, it is the Green Ray that permeates you, you are an incredibly Green Ray individual, your healing permeates the individual through this particular energy."

Some people are naturally Heart-centered. Not because they've worked their way up from Root, but because that's their natural frequency, their soul's orientation.

These people have healing capacity that emerges naturally from Green Ray activation. Their hands heat up. Energy flows through them effortlessly. They don't have to learn complex techniques - the Heart energy just works through them.

This isn't spiritual superiority. It's frequency orientation. And it demonstrates that you don't need to perfect lower centers before accessing Heart frequencies.

You can be a "Green Ray individual" while still having plenty of work to do on survival issues, relationship patterns, and control dynamics. The Heart doesn't require perfection below it. It requires activation at its own level.

Continue to Work with Green Ray

J's guidance is consistent: "Continue to work with the Green Ray, continue even in your meditations to open your Heart Chakra, as you begin to open this Chakra through simply attempting to feel it, just by literally focusing on the heart itself, the organ of the heart, you'll begin to feel surges, incredible surges of energy."

The practice is simple: focus on your physical heart. Not visualizing chakras spinning. Not complex energy techniques. Just attention on the heart organ itself.

As you do this, you'll feel surges. Waves. Incredible energy moving through your chest. This isn't imagination - it's the Heart chakra activating, the torus field beginning to spin, energy starting to flow.

"You'll be able to use this energy to transmute onto others what you call healing and the healing itself will be remarkable, continue to work with the Green Ray."

Once activated, the Heart becomes a source. You're not depleting yourself to help others. You're channeling infinite energy through the Heart, and it flows naturally to wherever it's needed.

This is completely different from trying to be compassionate through willpower, trying to love through effort, trying to heal through technique.

When the Heart is active, these things happen naturally. Effortlessly. Because you're operating from a different frequency entirely.

Brain Joy vs. Body Pleasure

J makes a critical distinction between Heart activation and lower center pleasures:

Heart activation creates "brain joy" - joy in consciousness itself, bliss in awareness, pleasure in the simple fact of being.

This is different from:

Lower pleasures are finite, dependent on circumstances, temporary. You feel good when you're safe, satisfied, in control. You feel bad when those conditions change.

Brain joy is independent of circumstances. It emerges from the Heart frequency itself. You're experiencing joy in being conscious, regardless of what's happening externally.

This is why starting with the Heart is so powerful. You're accessing a source of fulfillment that doesn't depend on perfecting your external life first.

You don't have to wait until you've resolved all survival issues, healed all relationship wounds, and achieved total control. You can access brain joy now, by activating the Heart.

The Heart-Third Eye Harmony

J notes something beautiful about how Heart and Third Eye work together:

"The 3rd eye and Heart Chakra work in great harmony through the medium of the Throat Chakra to express healing energy."

When you start with the Heart, you're not just activating one center. You're creating a harmony that extends upward.

Heart (feeling, compassion, unity) works through Throat (organization, expression, communication) to activate Third Eye (seeing, perception, consciousness exploration).

This threefold harmony - Heart, Throat, Third Eye - becomes your primary operating system for consciousness work.

You feel with the Heart. You organize that feeling through the Throat. You perceive with the Third Eye.

Together, these three centers (with Crown as the infinite source above) become your interdimensional vehicle. Your Merkabah. Your consciousness exploration technology.

And it all starts with the Heart.

The Natural Experience

J emphasizes something crucial: "It is actually a steady process of life experience that causes these centres to open themselves. Meditation has an effect on this yes, but it is a rather natural experience whereby everything comes together to create a satori."

Starting with the Heart doesn't mean forcing it open through technique. It means creating conditions where Heart activation happens naturally.

How? Through dedication to love. Through genuine compassion practice. Through choosing love-oriented actions over fear-oriented ones. Through internalized self-compassion.

The Heart responds to your life choices, not just your meditation practice. Every time you choose love over fear, compassion over judgment, unity over separation - you're activating the Heart.

Every time you recognize yourself as infinite consciousness rather than limited ego, you're strengthening the Heart frequency.

The meditation practice (focusing on the physical heart, feeling the surges) accelerates what life experience is already creating. But it works because you're living in alignment with Heart frequency, not just visualizing it.

Why This Isn't Bypassing

Some might worry: isn't starting with the Heart just spiritual bypassing? Aren't you skipping important foundational work?

No. Because J isn't saying ignore the lower centers. They're saying: lead with the Heart.

You'll still have survival issues to address. Relationship wounds to heal. Control patterns to examine. But you approach all of that FROM Heart frequency rather than trying to perfect it before accessing Heart frequency.

The difference is profound:

Trying to clear Root before accessing Heart: 'I need to feel totally safe and secure before I can open my heart.'

Starting with Heart: 'Even though I have survival fears, I can access heart-centered consciousness and work on those fears from a place of compassion rather than panic.'

Trying to heal Sacral before accessing Heart: 'I need to resolve all my relationship trauma before I can be truly loving.'

Starting with Heart: 'Even with relationship wounds, I can activate Heart frequency and let that healing energy work on the wounds naturally.'

You're not skipping the work. You're doing it from a higher frequency. From internal rather than external. From consciousness exploration rather than circumstance management.

The Practical Path

So what does starting with the Heart actually look like in practice?

Daily: Spend time focusing on your physical heart. Feel it. Notice the surges. Let the energy build and flow.

In relationships: Practice compassion. Not from "I should be more loving" but from genuine heart-centered awareness that everyone is the One expressing in different forms.

With yourself: Internalize the compassion. Love yourself as an expression of infinite consciousness, not as a separate ego seeking validation.

In challenges: When survival fears arise, when relationship wounds trigger, when control patterns activate - bring awareness back to the Heart. Feel from there. Respond from there.

In meditation: Continue to work with Green Ray specifically. This is your primary practice. Not complex visualizations. Not elaborate techniques. Just the Heart.

"You'll begin to feel surges, incredible surges of energy." Trust those surges. That's the Heart activating. That's the gateway opening. That's your consciousness beginning to shift from external to internal.

The Remarkable Healing

Once the Heart is active, J says "the healing itself will be remarkable."

Not because you've learned healing techniques. Not because you've studied energy work. But because Heart activation makes you a conduit for infinite healing energy.

Your hands heat up naturally. Energy flows through you effortlessly. People feel better in your presence without you trying to make it happen.

This is what's possible when you start with the Heart rather than trying to methodically work up from the bottom.

You access the gateway. The shift point. The frequency where everything changes.

And from there, the work on lower centers becomes natural, supported by Heart energy, approached with compassion rather than fear or control.

The Invitation

J's invitation is clear: "If you're going to do any practice of motioning energy dearest one, start with your heart."

Not someday. Not after you've cleared everything else. Now. Today. This moment.

Focus on your physical heart. Feel it. Notice what emerges. Let the surges come.

Continue this practice. Make it your foundation. Your primary orientation.

And watch as the gateway opens, as brain joy becomes your baseline, as healing flows naturally, as consciousness shifts from external to internal.

The Heart is waiting. It doesn't require you to be perfect. It doesn't demand you resolve all your issues first.

It just requires your attention, your dedication, your willingness to begin where transformation actually begins.

Not at the foundation. At the gateway.

Start with your heart.
