Chakras - The Organs of Your Soul

Chakras aren't symbols—they're actual organs of your soul functioning as torus fields that draw in and give birth to energy itself.

"Energy centres then are organs of the soul which draw in and give birth to energy itself."

Beyond the Rainbow Diagram

You've probably seen the pictures: seven colored circles aligned vertically up the body, each labeled with a Sanskrit name and associated with different life aspects. Red for survival, orange for creativity, yellow for power, and so on up to violet for spirituality.

These diagrams are useful starting points. But they're like showing someone a picture of a heart and saying "this pumps blood." Technically true, but missing the profound reality of what's actually happening.

According to J, Chakras aren't just symbolic representations or abstract energy concepts. They're actual organs - not physical organs you can dissect, but energetic organs that are absolutely real and functional at levels your science hasn't yet developed instruments to measure.

Understanding what Chakras actually are - and how they actually work - changes everything about how you approach spiritual development.

Organs That Draw In and Give Birth

"Energy centres then are organs of the soul which draw in and give birth to energy itself," J teaches.

Let that phrase sink in: organs of the soul.

Your physical body has organs with specific functions. Your liver processes toxins. Your kidneys filter blood. Your heart pumps. Each organ serves a particular purpose in maintaining the whole system.

Your soul has organs too. Chakras. Each with specific functions. Each drawing in particular frequencies of energy. Each processing that energy in unique ways. Each contributing to the functioning of your total consciousness system.

But unlike physical organs which are relatively static, Chakras are dynamic. They don't just process energy - they give birth to it. They're creative centers, generative systems, sources of new energy patterns rather than just processors of existing ones.

When a Chakra is fully open and functioning, it draws in energy from the quantum field (the atmosphere of the Astral, as J describes it) and transforms it, amplifies it, gives birth to new frequencies that didn't exist before.

This is why Chakra work is so powerful. You're not just clearing blockages. You're activating creative organs that have the capacity to generate entirely new patterns of energy in your system.

The Torus Field Structure

J provides fascinating detail about how Chakras actually function structurally:

"Energy centres are very much like a torus field. A torus field is, imagine a ring, a ring with a hole, this ring allows energy to come in from the South Pole, come out of the North Pole, and create a swirling around this torus."

This isn't metaphorical. Each Chakra operates as an actual torus - a donut-shaped field of energy with distinct north and south poles. Energy enters through one pole, travels through the center, exits the other pole, and circulates around the outside back to where it entered, creating a continuous flow.

If you've ever seen diagrams of Earth's magnetic field, you've seen a torus. Energy enters at the poles, flows through the core, emerges and circulates around the surface. The same basic structure operates in your Chakras.

But here's where it gets really interesting: "The Chakras are very much like interconnected torus fields which form a large torus field, which is all connected to the Source, or Infinity, or you might simply call this Consciousness."

Each individual Chakra is a torus. But together, they form a larger meta-torus that encompasses your entire being. This meta-torus is connected directly to Source - to infinite consciousness itself.

You're not separate energy centers stacked on top of each other. You're a unified energy system with specialized organs (Chakras) all functioning as part of a larger whole, all ultimately connected to the infinite.

Crystals Absorbing Light

Remember from our previous articles: your body is a liquid crystal. Well, your Chakras are crystals too.

"Your Chakras mirror this directly, it is in fact almost a superposition in that your Chakras are crystals absorbing light coming from infinity, in the same way the quartz crystal absorbs light coming from your soul."

Each Chakra is a crystalline structure designed to absorb specific frequencies of light. Not just physical light, but light from multiple dimensions, multiple densities, multiple levels of reality simultaneously.

The Root Chakra absorbs denser frequencies related to survival, physicality, grounding. The Crown Chakra absorbs the highest frequencies available to human consciousness. The ones in between each have their specific ranges.

But here's the critical point: the quality of each Chakra-crystal determines what it can absorb.

A clouded crystal can't transmit light clearly. It distorts, refracts chaotically, creates noise instead of signal. A clear crystal allows light to pass through with minimal distortion, maintaining coherence and amplifying the pure frequencies.

Your Chakras are constantly being clarified or clouded by the quality of your consciousness. Every thought, every emotion, every choice either clears or clouds these crystalline organs.

Chakras Have Energy Inside Them

J makes a distinction that's crucial to understand:

"There is an inner energy in a Chakra, especially the higher Chakras, the higher Chakras are connected to what is called Source, what we at this dimension use. Source is the infinity, it is infinite energy."

The energy flowing through your Chakras comes from two directions:

From below/outside: Energy from your environment, from the Earth, from interactions with other beings, from the dense physical dimension. This enters through the south pole of each Chakra torus.

From above/inside: Energy from Source itself, from infinity, from consciousness. This is especially true for the higher Chakras which have direct connection to infinite energy.

At the highest Chakra - the Crown - "infinite energy can spurn from within this Chakra." It's not just receiving energy from elsewhere. It's connected to the source of all energy and can generate infinite amounts from that connection.

This is why spiritual practices emphasize the upper Chakras. You're not just working with finite energies cycling through your system. You're opening access to infinite energy that can flow into your entire being.

The Helix Structure

Here's where J's description gets beautifully specific:

"The Chakras are very much like a winding DNA, the DNA winds and intersects, winds and intersects. You see them as separated circles but really they are more like interconnected circles, like a helix where it intersects is the gap and where it expands is the Chakra."

Stop imagining seven separate circles stacked vertically. That's a convenient visualization, but it's not accurate.

Instead, imagine a double helix, like DNA. The strands wind around each other. Where they intersect - where they come close together - those are the gaps between Chakras. Where they expand outward - where they bulge - those are the Chakras themselves.

The whole system is one continuous energetic structure, winding, intersecting, expanding, contracting, all as a unified field rather than separate components.

This explains why working on one Chakra affects others. They're not isolated. They're parts of one continuous helix, one unified energy system with specialized regions of function.

Clear Crystals vs. Clouded Chakras

J describes two extreme states:

"If the Chakras are crystal clear the density of light that can shine in, is an infinite density. If your Chakras are not clear crystals then the densities diminish until you find that the only Chakra which can contain any kind of light would be the first Chakra for the other Chakras are akin to black, as you would understand, and do not allow light to pass through freely."

Crystal clear Chakras: Infinite density of light can flow through. Your organs of the soul functioning at full capacity. Energy moving freely, being processed efficiently, birthing new frequencies constantly.

Clouded Chakras: Light cannot pass through. The organs are so clouded, so blocked, so dysfunctional that they're essentially offline. Only the Root Chakra maintains minimal function (because you need it to stay alive), but even it's operating at a fraction of capacity.

Most people are somewhere between these extremes. Some Chakras partially clear, some heavily clouded. Some functioning adequately, some barely operational.

The spiritual path, from this perspective, is the progressive clearing of your Chakra-crystals. Removing the cloudiness. Restoring function. Opening the flow. Allowing higher densities of light to pass through these organs of the soul.

Density as Light Capacity

J uses the word "density" in a specific way when talking about Chakras:

"Density being a reference to the density of light which is able at any time to shine through the Chakras."

More clear = higher density of light can flow through.

More clouded = lower density of light can flow through.

This connects directly to the concept of densities (3rd density, 4th density, etc.). Your Chakras' capacity to handle light density determines what dimensional frequencies you can access.

If your Chakras can only handle 3rd density light, you're limited to 3rd density experience - physical, material, survival-focused.

As your Chakras clear and can handle 4th density light, you begin accessing 4th density capacities - energetic awareness, telepathic sensitivity, manifestation ability.

The organs determine the capacity. Clear the organs, expand the capacity.

South and North Poles

The torus structure means each Chakra has polarity:

Energy enters through the South Pole - this is the intake, the receiving, the drawing in from environment and lower dimensions.

Energy exits through the North Pole - this is the output, the giving, the radiating to higher dimensions and other beings.

When Chakras are functioning well, this creates natural flow. Energy comes in, gets processed/transformed by the Chakra, goes out in a refined form. The outflow circulates around the torus field and feeds back into the inflow, creating a self-sustaining cycle.

When Chakras are blocked, this flow stagnates. Energy gets stuck at the south pole, unable to move through. Or it leaks out incorrectly, not following the natural torus pattern. The self-sustaining cycle breaks down.

Practices like breathwork, meditation, and yoga are essentially helping restore proper flow through these polar systems, clearing obstructions, re-establishing the natural torus circulation.

The Soul Out of Body

Interestingly, J notes: "The soul when it is out of the body has its energy centres active, these energy centres draw in the atmosphere of the Astral through the South and North poles, feeding the body and bringing it vitality."

Chakras aren't dependent on physical embodiment. When you die and leave your physical vehicle, your soul still has its Chakras, still operating as torus fields, still drawing in and processing energy.

This means Chakras are fundamentally consciousness structures, not physical ones. The physical body has corresponding points where these energetic organs interface with matter, but the organs themselves exist at the level of soul, not flesh.

You're not developing Chakras through spiritual practice. You already have them. You've always had them. You'll continue having them after physical death.

What you're doing through practice is clearing them, activating them, learning to work with them consciously rather than letting them operate on autopilot.

The Practical Implication

Understanding Chakras as actual organs of the soul, functioning as torus fields, operating as crystals that absorb light, connected in a helix structure, with specific poles and flow patterns - this transforms spiritual practice from abstract visualization to concrete development.

You're not imagining energy. You're working with real organs that have real functions and real effects on your consciousness capacity.

You're not just thinking positive thoughts. You're actively clearing crystalline structures so they can absorb higher densities of light.

You're not doing random spiritual exercises. You're systematically activating and developing the organs through which your soul interfaces with reality.

The Chakras are organs. Treat them like organs. Give them what they need to function well. Remove what clouds their operation. Develop their capacity through consistent practice.

And recognize: these organs of your soul are already perfect in their design. They're waiting for you to clear away the cloudiness, open the flow, and allow them to function as they were meant to.

Every Chakra is a doorway. Every organ of the soul opens to specific frequencies, specific capacities, specific dimensions of experience.

The question isn't whether you have these organs. The question is: how clear are they? How well are they functioning? How much light are they capable of transmitting?

Your Chakras are organs of your soul. Time to treat them that way.
