You Don't Build Yourself
Before we dive into how incarnation actually works - before we explore the womb, birth, and entering a body - you need to understand something fundamental:
You don't build your own body.
You never have. You never will. Your conscious mind has absolutely no idea how to organize the billions of chemical reactions required to create a functioning human being.
Think about it practically. Could you consciously direct cellular division? Could you orchestrate organ development? Could you build a nervous system from scratch? Could you coordinate the intricate dance of DNA expression that creates eyes, bones, muscles, blood?
Of course not.
Something else does all that. Something with intelligence far beyond your conscious awareness. And understanding WHAT that something is - what these invisible forces actually are - is essential before you can understand how incarnation happens.
