Celibacy isn't suppression—it's conscious energy redirection. Pelvic floor lifts move sexual energy up the spine to fuel consciousness.
"The ultimate goal of celibacy is to realise that the orgasm, that is the ultimate state of consciousness, is not something restricted to sex, but is instead, freely exchangeable between all people."
The Practice Nobody Understands
Say "celibacy" and most people picture religious repression. Forced denial. Miserable monks and nuns suppressing natural urges, creating psychological damage, becoming weird and dysfunctional.
Completely wrong.
J teaches celibacy as conscious redirection of the most powerful energy in your system. Not suppression. Not punishment.
Transforming sexual pressure into spiritual fuel.
Celibacy doesn't pretend sexual energy doesn't exist. Doesn't try to shut it down. Doesn't fight it or resist it.
Celibacy redirects it. Takes the same energy that could discharge through sexual activity and consciously moves it upward. Through the spine. Through the chakras. Into the brain transforming sexual pressure into spiritual fuel.
"Lifting the pelvic floor is a means to open the Root Chakra, this allows stored sexual energy to flow up the spine. The pelvic floor contraction is therefore useful when one is feeling excessive negative charge (aroused)."
Practical technique: Contract the muscles you use to stop urination. Hold. Intend the energy moving UP your spine instead of OUT through your sexual organs. Release. Repeat.
You're training your system - when creative force builds, it goes UP, not OUT.
This is celibacy. Not noble suffering gritting your teeth through sexual hunger. It is the physical practice of energy redirection.
How Energy Builds
"Going into nature allows your prana or sexual energy to regenerate, the Sun is an especially powerful means of storing prana, next would be grounding to the Earth itself."
You spend time outside. Sunlight. Feet on earth. And sexual energy - "a substrate made of Prana" or magnetic energy - starts accumulating.
