Practice system
Most spiritual paths tell you to start at the bottom and climb — fix your survival (Root), your relationships (Sacral), your control issues (Solar Plexus), then earn the higher states. J says the opposite. Start with the Heart... Now! It's the gateway to everything, so start there before anything else is perfect. Because the lower centres are a trap. Pour your energy into them and you just get better at being external — better at managing a life you're still trapped inside. The Heart is the switch. It's where you stop managing your circumstances and start exploring consciousness itself. And activating it doesn't just open one door — it makes every door above and below it easier, like taking the elevator instead of the stairs.
